Properties are often sold or leased through private transactions involving existing industry relationships. With that belief in mind, we focus on analyzing various sites to identify those not only suitable for viticultural use but also available. Our proprietary data-mapping software, combining our database of properties with aerial mapping, plays a key role in locating and tracking these hard-to-find sites. We work with owners to present these properties to targeted prospects in an off-market, private manner.
