I am a professional rancher/farmer myself, as well as a lifelong equestrian and horse trainer. I bring a lifetime of local knowledge of land, ranch living, and animal husbandry.
In addition, I bring the unique experience of being a ranchland real estate speculator for over 25 years as both a buyer and seller in over eighteen transactions, so I am familiar with the personal nuances that go with purchasing and selling one’s property. I grew up amidst the last farmers and what were the last dairy ranches of southern Marin. Purchased by the GGNRA, dairies became riding stables before becoming public lands.
I spent my childhood riding through the natural, untouched wonderlands from Fort Cronkite to Point Reyes before going off to college at UC Davis to graduate in Zoology, with a specialty in Animal Behavior. Since then I’ve owned ranches in Petaluma, Bennett Valley, Valley Ford, Point Arena and Bodega.
As a business owner and leadership coach since 1984, I am proud to offer excellent customer service and I look forward to helping you buy or sell a property that meets your current requirements. I am an avid horsewoman, winemaker, artist, gardener, and mother of 3.

Ariana spent her childhood riding through the natural, untouched wonderlands from Fort Cronkite to Point Reyes before going off to college at UC Davis to graduate in Zoology, with a specialty in Animal Behavior. Since then she’s owned ranches and/or vineyards in Petaluma, Bennett Valley, Healdsburg, Valley Ford, Point Arena and Bodega.
She is a pioneer in the growing field of Equine Guided Education and has written several books on the subject and trained professionals from all over the world. In 2004 she wanted to be more involved with the local agricultural economy. So, she put her sheep flock to work and started one of the first wool bedding companies in Sonoma County. She also started one of the first locally sourced, organic café’s, the Estero Café, in Valley Ford with her daughter, Wesley, and the Valley Ford Wool Mill with her husband, Casey.
She was the first President of Petaluma Business and Professional Women under the age of 30. She’s been on the Board of Directors of Sonoma County Farm Trails, a 4H leader for 10 years, President of Valley Ford Volunteer Fire Department, and a public speaker at numerous agricultural leadership events.
Behind all of Ariana’s ventures, the common theme is re-connecting people to land and nature, encouraging healthy land stewardship, and supporting our local agricultural economy.
